DMRC Psycho Test: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) recently released the DMRC result for computer-based tests that was conducted from 17th to 26th February 2020. A total of 1493 vacancies are to be filled based on the marks scored by the candidates. The answer key for the DMRC exam was released on 28th February and candidates can now check the post wise DMRC result.

All the candidates who qualified the Computer Based Test for the post of Customer Relations Assistant will now appear for psycho test that is qualifying in nature.

DMRC Psycho Test

All the candidates who clear the written exam are called for the next stage of recruitment i.e. Psycho Test. The test is conducted in multiple formats in the following order.

• Test 1: Embedded Figure Test

There are a total of 25 questions in this test where candidates are provided with a simple figure and among the listed options(complex figures), they have to select the one figure in which they simply are likely to be embedded.

• Test 2: Figures Association Test

In this test candidate’s ability to find a relation between fragments and a list of complete figures. The candidate must select one figure that is made up of the fragments given in the question.

• Test 3: Memory Test

This Test aims at analysing and also memorizing capability of the candidates. This includes a list of 21 picture-number combinations for first 150 seconds and candidates will be given 350 seconds to sort the images on the basis of number in their response sheet.

• Test 4: Observation Test

This test is conducted to test the observational skills of the candidates. The questions comprises of a list of images consisting multiple geometrical figures and candidates are required to select the one that matches with the question figure.

• Test 5: Personality/ Aptitude Test

The Test is conducted to check candidates’ aptitude and thought process. The questions are general and candidates are required to check the most appropriate answer from the list of given options.

• Test 6: Machine Test

This is the most important part of psycho test. This is a computer based test, here candidates have to respond to the color displayed on the screen using their dominant finger (only one finger to be used for whole process), in the Keyboard first candidate have to press L thereafter a light will be displayed on the screen accordingly you have to press Red, Green, Yellow color key of the laptop which are marked R, G, Y respectively.——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

• अनुरोध : मैं (के. के. झा.), अभ्यर्थियों के साथ–साथ अभिभावकों को अपने कुछ शब्दों से अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ कि जब रेलवे सायको की तैयारी के लिए बाजार में कुछ भी सामग्री उपलब्ध नहीं था तब से मैं आपको सेवा दे रहा हूँ। फलस्वरूप आज भारत के कोने–कोने से पूर्ण विश्वास के साथ अभ्यर्थी यहाँ आते हैं। वस्तुतः यह पढ़ाई कम ईलाज अधिक हैं। इसमें जानकारी के साथ–साथ अभ्यर्थियों के दिमाग एवं शरीर को अलग–अलग Portion के हिसाब से Adjust करना होता है, अर्थात मशीनीकरण। यदि आसान भाषा में कहें तो लिखित परीक्षा की तैयारी कराना फिजीशियन जैसा और सायको सर्जन जैसा है। इस टेस्ट को कठिन नहीं बल्कि खतरनाक मान सकते हैं। इसमें समय–समय पर प्रश्न का प्रारूप वही रहता है हल करने का Instruction बदल जाता है या फिर अचानक नया Portion जुट जाता है। अतः मार्गदर्शक को हमेशा हर प्रकार के गतिविधि से निपटने के लिए सदैव तैयार एवं पैनी नज़र रखनी होती है। अभ्यर्थी यह भी समझ ले कि रिजनिंग एवं सायको टेस्ट में कोई संबंध नहीं है, दोनों का Concept बिल्कुल अलग है, दोनों में वही संबंध है जो इतिहास एवं गणित में है। आज लोग नामांकन के लिए किताब निकालना, नोट्स (फोटो कॉपी), छूट, ईनाम, झूठ, दबाव, गारंटी, एवं दलाल नियुक्त करते हैं, आप स्वयं महसूस करें क्या इससे सफलता मिल सकती है? यहाँ तक कि सायको के समय में लोग अपना वास्तविक नाम भी कुछ दिनों के लिए बदल लेते हैं, यह सच है। हद तो तब हो गयी जब लोग यहाँ से पलायन करके अन्य जगह, राज्यों में संस्थान खोलकर अभ्यर्थियों को रोकने का  कोशिश करते हैं। अभ्यर्थियों को तत्काल लगता है कि आने–जाने के परेशानी से बच गये यह सोच सायद घातक हो सकती है। लोग कैरियर के लिए वर्षो देश छोड़ देते हैं तो 5 दिन क्यों नहीं? मैं आपके आशा एवं दर्द को बहुत करीब से बखूबी समझता हूँ। बहुत दर्द होता है जब लोग कई जगह ठोकर खाकर अंत में यहाँ पहुंचते है। आज यदि मैंने देश में थोड़ा भी पहचान बनाया है तो इसके पीछे अभिभावकों, अभ्यर्थियों, देश के अनेकों कोचिंग संस्थानों, शिक्षकों, अपने माता–पिता एवं संस्थान के पूरे टीम के सहयोग से। अतः इन सभी को हार्दिक धन्यवाद एवं आभार प्रकट करता हूँ। मैं तथा मेरी संस्थान हमेशा अन्य से नहीं बल्कि खुद से तुलना करती है। फिर भी अंत में आप सभी को अवश्य कहना चाहूँगा कि मैं सिर्फ आपके लिए सहायक मात्र हूँ बांकी सब ईश्वर के हाथ में है–धन्यवाद।                                                                                                                                                   — के. के. झा.
