SSC CHSL Exam Date 2022

SSC CHSL exam dates2021-22 is expected to be conducted from May, 2022. Tier 1 exam 2020-21 was scheduled from 12 April to 27 April 2021. However, the exam after April 20, 2021, was postponed due to the pandemic. To know more, go through the following table:

SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria 2022

The basic SSC CHSL eligibility criteria are depending on three factors such as age criteria, nationality, and educational criteria.

The detailed eligibility criteria are as follows:

  • Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian Citizen or should belong to Nepal/ Bhutan or Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, to permanently settle in India.
  • Educational Criteria: must have cleared or appearing class 12 or its equivalent from a recognized educational board or University.
  • Age Criteria: Age must be between 18 – 27 years as of January 1, 2022, however, certain reserved category candidates can claim for reservation according to the Indian government norms. More specifically, the aspirants should not have been born before 2 January 1994 and not later than 1 January 2003.

The SSC CHSL 2022 online registration process is expected to be start from February 1, 2022. Interested candidates can register for Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination on the official website of SSC. SSC CHSL Exam Centres

SSC CHSL 2020-21 Tier 1 will be held across 9 regions, 33 states and UTs, 146 cities, and 361 CHSL exam centres. The aspirants got an option to put three exam centres as per their priority within the same region while filling the application form. The commission would not entertain any request of changing the exam centre later. Therefore, all the aspirants should choose the exam centres very carefully. The Commission has the right to cancel the centre and can ask the aspirants to appear for the exam from another exam centre.

SSC CHSL 2022 Tier 1 Admit Card

SSC CHSL 2022 Admit Card for Tierwill be available on the regional websites of the Staff Selection Commission. To download the SSC CHSL admit card, use Registration Id, Date of Birth and Roll Number.

  • The SSC CHSL hall ticket is required at the time of entering the exam centre.
  • The commission releases the SSC CHSL admit card separately for each tier. Only Tier 1 qualifiers can download the Tier 2 admit card.
  • There are 9 regions, admit cards for each region can be obtained from the official website as per the region preference.
  • Candidates can download SSC CHSL 2022 Admit Card 2020-21 from the regional SSC website.

SSC CHSL Selection Process 2022

  • SSC CHSLSelection Process 2022 is based on the result of all three tiers.
  • Candidates need to qualify for each tier to appear in the subsequent tier.
  • The SSC CHSL Syllabus for each tier is different. 
  • The final selection list is prepared by shortlisting applicants on the basis of their cumulative performance across the first two tiers.
  • Tier 3, a skill-based test is a final stage to ensure that candidates possess the required skills.
  • Candidates will be allotted to the various departments for the post of Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operators, Lower Divisional Clerks, and Court Clerks on the basis of their merit and preference of post.

Candidates also need to undergo a document verification procedure after clearing all the tiers for the final appointment. Candidates failing to fulfill the eligibility criteria are automatically dropped from the final selection list.

SSC CHSL Result 2022

SSC CHSL Result 2020-21 will be declared separately for each tier. The result can be accessed from the official website or regional SSC website. The commission releases the result in the form of a merit list. Given below are the steps to download SSC CHSL Result.

  • Visit the official site – ssc.nic.in.
  • Click on the link “SSC CHSL Results”
  • Download the result in the PDF file.
  • Press ‘Ctrl + F’ and type your name and roll number
  • Check your score and qualifying status
  • Download the PDF and take a printout for future references.

The CHSL 2022 Tier-I 2021-22 answer key will be released officially on the SSC website. Candidates have to enter roll number and password to download the question paper and answer key. The Tier-II 2020 exam will be conducted on January 9, 2022.
