At Amar Jyoti Coaching Centre, we aim to provide quality coaching and exam preparation services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Course & Test Fees
• All fees paid for coaching courses, online tests, or exam-related services are generally non-refundable.
• Once access to study material, online exams, or test series is provided, no refund will be issued.

2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
• Duplicate payment made accidentally.
• Technical error where payment is deducted but service is not activated.

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 7 days of payment.

3. Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• The refund may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment gateway or bank.

4. Cancellation
• Users cannot cancel a course or test once it has started or access has been granted.
• No refund will be provided for partial usage of any service.
